We are a group of old school 40man raiders. We enjoy raiding, we enjoy progression, we enjoy pvp, but we also enjoy the real world and are very aware of real world expectations.

When raiding with Chrome you are expected to be prepared (fully buffed with all available consumables). We do not consider ourselves hardcore, but we do want to get the most out of the raid time that we are able to put in and progress as a guild. Slackers will not be tolerated.

Chrome is small by design. We do not like asking players that enjoy raiding to sit out. In order to maintain a level of progression... an equal level of commitment is needed. We like to think that people show up because they want to see bosses die and not because they are required to show up. It is inevitable that there will be nights that we have 5 tanks and 8 healers and 18 dpsr's online. These are difficult nights because 6 people have to be asked to sit in the bullpen. Drama from raid selection will absolutely not be tolerated.

We are an adult guild. There can be plenty of obscenities in guild chat and on Vent. If this is something that offends you or if you sit in your family room with no headphones while raiding with your grandma in the room watching Jeopardy and she would be offended by off-color language / humor coming from your speakers... then Chrome probably isn't the guild for you.

Upon joining you will be a recruit for two weeks. During this trial period you will be expected to show up as much as possible. This is your trial after all =P Recruits earn dkp for raids they participate in but are not eligible to bid on an item unless it is going to be disenchanted. Once you are promoted from Recruit to Member status the dkp you have earned will be spendable.
