It's Comcastic. There's no other way to describe that. My ISP may throttle WoW's downloads or something, but the only time I've ever had lag that bad was one day on the weekend after we got 35cm of snow followed immidiately by 20cm of rain, which then flash froze and messed with the lines in our area... Talk about nature deciding we shouldn't be online.
